I run a satisfaction-guaranteed business. What that means is that once you pay for a cover or package, I will provide you with either a low-resolution and/or a watermarked version of your cover until you give me final approval through included or purchased revisions. At least one revision (more with higher packages) is included, but you can purchase as many additional revisions as desired.
Before any work is started on your project, you are able to cancel and get a full refund. If we have already begun working on the project, you may cancel and get half of the total cost back at any point during the design process. But once you receive the final full-resolution files from me, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
